My washing machine has broken. Can you help?

Certainly. Bring all your cloths to us in a laundry bag / black bag. We can have it wash, dried and folded in as little as a few hours! Our service wash is priced by weight. 

How do you clean duvets? 

There is a common misconception that we dry clean duvets. The majority of duvets as laundered. Only where stated within the care label would a duvet be dry cleaned. Either way we can help and have them ready in a few days. Same day turnaround is available also. 

My pet / child has had soiled or been sick in the bed. What can I do? 

Not a week goes by that we do not see soiled bedding, we are cleaners after-all! Where possible, bring to us as soon as possible for the best results. If this if not possible, clean off much (solids) as possible, place items into a black bag a secure tightly to minimise drying then bring in for cleaning soon as you can. 

I have spilt something on my favourite garment. What can I do?

Regardless of whether the item is labeled dry clean only or launder only, we can assist. Bring to us soon as possible for the best possible chances of full stain removal. Some stains, such as blood, will become harder to remove the longer it is exposed to oxygen. We advise against using off the shelf stain removal products such as Vanish as there is no 'one fits all' method for stain removal. If you have a garment that you have tried washing at home, it will be the drying stage that will 'set  in' stains so avoid where possible. It is best to call and speak with us directly, and we will try to assist over the phone.

Is there parking nearby?

We are on the Shell Petrol Station, Tadley. With free parking right outside the store.

Can I get a price?

Each item we deal with is different. It is therefore difficult to provide accurate prices for items without seeing. We therefore ask you to bring your items into store for assessment where a price can be provided. A guide price is published on our website.

I have an item not listed on your website that I would like cleaned.

The list of items we clean is endless. If you cannot find what you are looking for on our website please give us a call or even better drop into store with the item and our friendly staff will be happy to help. 

How quick can you clean my item?

All our cleaning in undertaken in store. We offer various express cleaning services starting from as little as two hours. Call us as we can arrange. 

Are there any garments that you will not clean?

We clean most items but on rare occasions where we believe that it is not suitable  to process your garment we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the best course of action.

Do you collect and deliver?

Yes. Give us a call or send us a message with your requirements. We also have a drop-off and collect point at Theale Post Office.  

What happens if I am unhappy with the items that have been cleaned?

We strive to achieve the best results for your garments every time. In the rare occasion, you are unhappy with the results then please let us know no more than 48 hours after collecting your garments and we will do our best to address any concerns.
